Description
The City of Everett is seeking a licensed real estate agent or broker to provide real estate brokerage services for the property located at 14 Christina Circle. The selected proposer will be responsible for providing real estate brokerage services in accordance with M.G.L. c.30B, sect.6. The proposer must not hold any elected or appointed office or employment with the City of Everett and must comply with all applicable requirements under M.G.L. c.60, sect. 64A. The property will be sold strictly as-is.
