Demo w/ Abatement B5907 Camp Bullis

The Department of the Air Force is seeking potential interested, capable, responsible, and qualified small business offerors to provide demolition with abatement services for Building 5907, located at JBSA-Camp Bullis. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform complete demolition of the structure and associated site features, abate hazardous materials, disconnect, cap, and plug utilities, remove and legally dispose of all debris and excess soil, and restore the site. The project is expected to be completed within 90 days of contract award. • The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for the demolishment with abatement of one building. • The contractor shall abate hazardous materials identified in the Government-provided survey. • The contractor shall disconnect, cap, and plug utilities within five feet of the building. • The contractor shall remove and legally dispose of all debris and excess soil in accordance with Federal, State, Local, and JBSA Environmental requirements. • The contractor shall restore the site through backfilling, grading, and seeding to establish vegetation.
