Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a vendor to provide two washers and two dryers for the Federal Correctional Complex in Victorville, California. The supplies must meet the specifications provided in the attached Statement of Work. The vendor must deliver the supplies by approximately May 29, 2026. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the award will be based on price, technical acceptability, delivery, and past performance.
• The vendor must provide new equipment only, with no remanufactured or "gray market" items.
• The vendor must ensure that the equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
• The vendor must deliver the supplies to the Federal Correctional Complex in Victorville, California.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations, including those related to privacy and cybersecurity.
