Description
The Texas State Board of Pharmacy is seeking proposals for comprehensive drug and alcohol screening services for licensees subject to disciplinary orders. The estimated annual number of participants is 50. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for up to three months at the sole discretion of the State. The successful bidder will be required to provide drug and alcohol testing services, including sample collection, testing, and reporting.
• The contractor must comply with all rules, regulations, and statutes relating to purchasing in the State of Texas.
