Description
The Department of Human Services is seeking a qualified Offeror to provide Project Management Consulting and Quality Assurance Services. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) consulting, project management office (PMO) services, and independent verification and validation (IVV) consulting. The contract will be for a term of 5 years with 4 additional one-year renewal options. The Offeror must submit a complete response to this RFP, including a technical submittal, cost submittal, and other required documents. The RFP will be evaluated based on technical and cost criteria, with a weight of 65% for technical and 35% for cost.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing MMIS consulting services, including research, analysis, and recommending future enhancements to the current MMIS
• Managing the implementation of modules to replace the current MMIS
• Providing IVV consulting services during the implementation of future modules
• Ensuring compliance with CMS certification requirements
• Meeting the SDB and VBE participation goals, which are 18% and 3%, respectively
• Implementing a hiring plan as part of the Contractor Partnership Program (CPP)
