The City of Bismarck is soliciting single‑prime sealed bids for the complete reroofing of its Water Treatment Sludge Plant. The contract covers removal of existing low‑slope EPDM roofing systems and associated polyiso insulation, and installation of new roofing assemblies (vapor barrier, polyiso insulation, coverboard, and EPDM roofing) across four defined roof areas (A‑D), with two optional alternate assemblies.
