Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to repair fire alarms at the Battle Creek Air National Guard Base. The scope of work includes studying the existing fire alarm system, designing repairs, and providing construction administration services. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the work is completed in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The contract will be for a not-to-exceed fee, and the contractor will be required to provide a detailed work plan and schedule.
