The Iowa Prison Industries (IPI) is seeking competitive bids to supply 5,000 yards each of navy blue and heather‑gray 10‑oz fleece fabric (50% cotton/50% polyester) for use in manufacturing sweatpants and sweatshirts. Bidders must provide a 2‑yard sample of each color, full specifications, and indicate minimum order quantities and lead times. Submissions are to be emailed to the procurement office by 2:00 PM on 7 Oct 2026. Preference will be given to Iowa‑produced products per state statutes.
