The Montgomery County Government is seeking a contractor to conduct a community recreation needs assessment for the Montgomery Village/Gaithersburg area. The assessment will guide strategic planning to meet current and future community recreation needs, prioritize demands and opportunities, and improve the delivery of recreational programs and services.
