Transportation services in support of resident outings, community integration activities, special events, and emergency response needs for Richmond State Supported Living Center

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids for transportation services in support of resident outings, community integration activities, special events, and emergency response needs for the Richmond State Supported Living Center. The contract will be for a term to be determined, with the possibility of extension. The contractor will be required to provide transportation services, including chartering services for buses and other vehicles, as needed. The contractor must also comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and HHSC policies. • The contractor must have experience in providing transportation services to individuals with disabilities. • The contractor must have a good safety record and comply with all applicable safety regulations. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to provide the required transportation services. • The contractor must be able to provide services in a timely and efficient manner. • The contractor must be able to communicate effectively with HHSC staff and residents.
