P-8&C-40 Contractor Engineering Technical Services (CETS)

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is seeking information from potential contractors to provide Contractor Engineering Technical Services (CETS) in support of C-40 and P-8 aircraft avionics, airframe, and associated support equipment. The services will be provided at various Fleet shore activities to inform, instruct, and train Navy and Marine Corps military and civilian personnel. The contractor will also provide technical guidance to resolve complex technical problems. • The contract is expected to be a single award, cost-plus-fixed-fee, level of effort contract with a period of performance of four years. • The contractor will be required to have a Capability Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 self-assessment. • The contractor will need to have access to Boeing proprietary technical data and computer software. • The contractor will be required to provide monthly progress and financial status reports, training materials, and technical reports. • The contractor will need to comply with various government regulations and instructions, including those related to security, safety, and environmental protection.
