ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF CERTIFIED MOTOR OILS, LUBRICATIONS, GREASE, AND CERTIFIED UTILITY OILS

The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids from vendors to provide industrial oil/lubricants for SAWS potable water, wastewater, and recycle water assets. The contract will be for a period of 90 calendar days after the bid opening date. The scope of work includes providing specific oil characteristics and possible alternative lubrications if available. The vendor must be equipped to provide lubrication and oil for service pumps, water well pumps, valves, heaters, motors, chains, and any additional assets and their connecting parts requiring lubrication and oil. Key information to consider includes the types of oil and lubricants required, the quantities needed, and the delivery schedule. • The contract is for the purchase and delivery of certified motor oils, lubrications, grease, and certified utility oils. • The vendor must be able to provide specific oil characteristics and possible alternative lubrications if available. • The contract will be for a period of 90 calendar days after the bid opening date. • The scope of work includes providing lubrication and oil for service pumps, water well pumps, valves, heaters, motors, chains, and any additional assets and their connecting parts requiring lubrication and oil. • The vendor must be able to deliver the products to the San Antonio Water System's facilities. • The contract includes a Small Business Opportunities Program (SBOP) goal, which requires the vendor to employ good faith efforts to carry out the SBOP policy through award of subconsultant/subcontractor/supplier contracts to SMWBs to the fullest extent possible.
