Mulch for Capitol Complex

The South Carolina Department of Administration, Division of Facilities Management, is requesting quotes for 450 cubic yards of no-dye, double-hammered hardwood mulch. The mulch must be delivered to the SC Capitol Complex in increments of 85-100 cubic yards every 2-3 business days, starting around February 1, 2026. The delivery dates and times will be coordinated with the Horticulture manager. • The mulch must be no-dye, double-hammered hardwood mulch. • The total quantity required is 450 cubic yards. • Deliveries will be made in increments of 85-100 cubic yards. • The delivery schedule will be coordinated with the Horticulture manager. • Quotes should be emailed to [email protected].
