TEE Probe Cleaner for 646 | Intent to Sole Source

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, intends to negotiate a sole source contract for a TEEClean Automated TEE Probe Cleaner Disinfector. The vendor will be CS Medical, LLC. The equipment requirements include the CS-TCD100S TEEClean Automated TEE Probe cleaner, AC-DS-03 Neutralization Station, CS-200806 Print Kit, ULT-2020 Electrical Leak Tester, and other related items. A firm-fixed price contract with no option years is anticipated. • The contract is for a brand name only requirement. • The equipment is intended for the Pittsburgh VAMC. • The contract will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. • Responses must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2026.
