Description
The New Hampshire Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (DNCR) seeks a qualified transportation provider to deliver licensed‑bus services for international student groups traveling to Cannon Mountain ski area during the 2026‑27 and 2027‑28 winter seasons. The contractor must supply drivers, vehicles, fuel, insurance and all ancillary resources, moving groups of 15‑200 passengers (up to 51 per bus) between designated lodging locations and the ski area, with morning and afternoon pick‑up windows and the ability to transport equipment when feasible. Bids are due June 30 2026, with a fixed‑price per‑trip structure and a contract period from December 1 2026 through April 30 2028.
• Provide charter‑type bus service (max 51 seats) for ~95 trips per season, handling 15‑200 passengers per group.
