The State of Missouri, through its Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development, seeks a vendor to design, implement, and maintain a web‑based Career Readiness, Assessments, and Certifications platform. The solution must deliver NCRC‑type assessments, online curriculum for essential workforce skills, and issue electronic certificates within one week of testing. The contract is for one year, with requirements for system maintenance, technical support, background‑checked personnel, and compliance with AI, anti‑boycott, and federal funding rules. Vendors must demonstrate at least two years of experience issuing NCRC or equivalent, working with comparable government entities, and providing ongoing platform support.
