THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY (HEREAFTER, THE "AUTHORITY" OR NYPA") INVITES YOU TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR DOMESTIC CONTENT SOLAR PANELS AS OUTLINED IN THE EVENT AND BID DOCUMENTS FOR SOLAR PROJECTS ACROSS NEW YORK STATE. Bidders are hereby directed to make use of the New York Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov to obtain instructions on participating in the bidding process. Bidders obtaining bid documents from sources other than www.nypa.gov web site do so at their own risk. Incomplete bid responses may be rejected by the Authority. Project Overview • Project Name: 7MWdc portfolio to be distributed among projects as needed. • Location: New York State • Capacity: Approximately 7MWdc of domestically manufactured panels sought, though available capacities above and below this value will be considered along with domestically assembled panels, and internationally sourced panels. • Type of Panels: All technologies are being considered (CSi, TopCon, Thin-film, etc.) • Project Scope: Provide a blended supply of solar panels that includes both panels with domestically produced cells, as well as panels that are domestically assembled with cells produced outside of the United States. Exact blend of supply will be determined before PO execution. The cost to receive the panels and a monthly cost to securely warehouse is also requested. Delivery to proposed storage location must be included in base costs.
