Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Coatesville VAMC, is seeking capable and responsible sources interested in providing entrance mat rental and cleaning services. The contractor shall provide all labor and equipment and be responsible for collecting, cleaning, sanitizing, and replacing all mats throughout the Coatesville VAMC. The services are to be provided between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Tuesday of each week. The mats must meet specific specifications, including static control, primary backing, rubber backing, flammability, and color.
Some key points to consider:
• The contractor must provide liability insurance throughout the term of the contract.
• The contractor must comply with applicable safety standards, including Occupational and Safety Health Administration.
• The contractor must provide the services identified in the contract, except when a Federal holiday falls on the scheduled service day.
• The Government will not accept questions at this time, but respondents can include comments with their response.
• SDVOSB/VOSB contractors are preferred, but all capable contractors are welcome to respond.
