Description
The San Bernardino County, Project and Facilities Management Department, is seeking proposals from interested and qualified proposers to provide on-call flooring services at various locations in San Bernardino County. The services include on-call flooring repair and replacement services. The contract period will be for a maximum of 5 years, beginning approximately on April 1, 2026, and ending on March 31, 2031. The County estimates a budget of not-to-exceed $1,000,000 over the 5-year term of any awarded contract.
• The Proposer must include in the proposal all transportation, lodging, and per diem costs sufficient to pay its personnel and travel to the aforementioned locations.
• The County plans to utilize contractors to provide on-call flooring services to various locations within the County with a response time of no more than 2 hours.
• The contract is subject to early termination.
• The County intends to award contracts to multiple selected vendors.
• The total contract award is anticipated to be a maximum of $200,000 per year for a total not to exceed $1,000,000 during the 5-year contract term.
