Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the provision of cover paper, specifically 11" x 17", 80 lb., white, 92 bright, gloss coated cover paper for printing pamphlets. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The successful seller will be required to supply the exact item as specified, unless an alternate product is offered and accepted by the City.
• The bid must be electronically submitted to PHLContracts by a seller with legal authority to bind the seller's company.
• The total amount of the bid shall be less than $43,000.
• All products must be delivered at the prices quoted, FOB Destination Point.
• The contract term shall commence on the effective date and shall terminate automatically 365 days thereafter.
• The City shall have no obligation to receive or pay for products or services in excess of the maximum amount.
• The successful seller shall comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation, ordinances, executive orders, rules, and regulations of any governmental body.
