Description
The National Park Service is seeking a vendor to provide stall maintenance for the San Francisco Horse Mounted Unit for the United States Park Police. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract with a base period and 4 option years, and 1 option to extend services by 6 months. The vendor will be responsible for providing all labor and resources necessary to perform stall maintenance, including initial feed, water, and lead horses to turnout area, cleaning box stalls, and providing PM stable services. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is determined to conform to the solicitation, is fair and reasonable, and offers the best overall value to the Government.
• The contract will be a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside.
• The NAICS code for this requirement is 115210.
• The small business size standard is $11M.
• The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time an offer or quotation is submitted.
