The North Dakota Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified contractor to provide full custodial, cleaning, and basic landscaping services for the Alexander Henry Rest Area on I‑29. The work includes daily restroom cleaning, litter removal, snow clearing, periodic painting, and routine lawn maintenance, with staffing required from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. during peak season. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, one‑year base term with up to four optional twelve‑month renewals.
