The City of Auburn is seeking a qualified Commissioning Agent to provide full commissioning services for its new 53,000 sf Public Safety Facility. The work covers design‑review, construction‑phase commissioning, functional performance testing of all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire protection, and emergency power), preparation of final reports, O&M documentation, and staff training, with an optional post‑occupancy evaluation. The scope excludes building‑envelope testing and the two ancillary training buildings. Bidders must submit a notarized sealed proposal by the March 19, 2026 deadline; no site visits are required, and the project timeline runs from late summer 2026 through January 2028.
• Full commissioning lifecycle: design, construction, verification, and hand‑over.
