Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide climate-controlled storage services for mission-essential equipment within 5 miles of Naval Support Activity Panama City, FL. The contractor will be required to provide a secure, climate-controlled storage facility with 24/7 access, video surveillance, and a unique electronic gate code. The facility must be able to store a minimum of 500 square feet of equipment and must meet specific standards for space, climate control, structural integrity, and condition. The contractor will not be responsible for handling or documenting individual items within the locked storage units.
• The storage facility must be located within 5 miles of Naval Support Activity Panama City, FL.
• The facility must be accessible by standard commercial and government vehicles.
• The contractor must provide evidence of a commercial insurance policy that covers the value of stored items against loss or damage.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal safety and fire codes.
• The contractor must provide a point of contact available during standard business hours to address any facility or access issues.
