Budget estimate

$150,000 – $300,000

The contract does not state a ceiling, but typical district‑wide special‑education evaluation contracts covering an entire K‑12 system run between $150,000 and $300,000 annually, depending on case volume, hourly rates, and training components. A modest per‑case fee (≈$1,200) for 150–200 evaluations plus training hours would place the total near the low‑end, while a higher case count or extensive workshop schedule could push it toward the high‑end.
