DAS CC Hoover Print Shop Expansion

The State of Iowa is seeking competitive sealed bids for the expansion and renovation of the Hoover Print Shop located in the Hoover State Office Building in Des Moines. The scope covers complete demolition of existing interior finishes, construction of new partition walls, installation of full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire‑sprinkler systems, as well as interior finishes, casework, doors, and specialty equipment. The project is divided into four bid packages (General Construction, Electrical/Low‑Voltage/Fire‑Alarm, Mechanical/Plumbing, Fire‑Sprinkler) with an optional CRAC unit replacement alternate.
