Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) - Nevada State Route 28 Central Corridor Safety Improvements, Shared-Use Path, and Environmental Sustainability Project (from Sand Harbor to Thunderbird Cove)

The Tahoe Transportation District (TTD) is seeking a qualified general contractor to serve as Construction Manager‑at‑Risk (CMAR) for the SR 28 Central Corridor Trail project, a 1.75‑mile multi‑use trail on the east shore of Lake Tahoe. The contractor will provide pre‑construction services—including schedule development, risk management, cost estimating, constructability reviews, and subcontractor selection—followed by the opportunity to submit a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) or fixed‑price bid for the full construction phase.
