RFP for Loader Lease

The City of West Fargo is requesting proposals for the lease of two new or used loaders for a period of three years, with an option to extend for two more years. The loaders will be used by the City of West Fargo Public Works and West Fargo Airport. The proposal includes specifications for the loader, such as a 6-cylinder diesel engine, 24-volt electrical system, and limited slip differentials. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing warranty and repairs for the term of the rental agreement, except for wear items. The City of West Fargo will insure the rental unit for the term of the rental agreement. • The lease period is from October 15th to April 15th of each year. • The City of West Fargo will pay a one-time payment for the 6-month rental period. • The successful bidder must provide a proposal form with company information, loader make and model, and lease price. • The City of West Fargo reserves the right to cancel the RFP or postpone the date and time for submitting proposals at any time prior to the proposal due date.
