Description
The opportunity is for the consolidation of HTME with extended installation services, including turnkey services. The scope of work includes the provision of training on delivery orders, which will be awarded along with the equipment purchase. The customer will submit requests for training, and the vendor will process these requests as modifications to the delivery order. The contract will cover the cost of training courses, but travel expenses will be handled at the facility level. Key aspects of the job include:
• Applications training will be awarded along with the equipment purchase
• Off-site training will be removed from the delivery order award
• The customer will submit requests for training, including the names of attendees and course dates
• The vendor will process these requests as modifications to the delivery order
• Only the cost of the training course will be included in the modification
• Travel expenses will be handled at the facility level
• A certificate will need to be submitted upon completion to pay the vendor
