The USGS Pennsylvania Water Science Center is seeking to purchase a metal lathe and a UTV (Utility Task Vehicle) to be delivered to their location in Dowington, PA. The vehicle should meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, considering factors such as technical compliance and price. Key aspects of the job include: * Delivery of a metal lathe and a UTV to the USGS Pennsylvania Water Science Center * Compliance with the specifications outlined in the solicitation * Technical compliance and price will be evaluated as part of the award decision * The contract will be for a period of 60 days after receipt of order * The successful offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be awarded the contract
