Public Work – Zundy Refresh Project and Zundy Elevator Modernization

The Wichita Falls Independent School District is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a refresh and elevator modernization project at Zundy Elementary School. The project includes a refresh of the existing school, including limited demolition, painting, ceilings, lighting, and miscellaneous items, as well as a full elevator modernization. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the project. The project is expected to be completed by August 1, 2026.
