Description
The Town of Hopkinton is seeking proposals to purchase a Pre-Fabricated Bus Stop Shelter for the Senior Center. The shelter should be a 6’ x 12’ Monumental Series Aluminum Structure with specific features such as a dark bronze anodized aluminum finish, standing seam aluminum hip roof, and 6’ wall mount aluminum bench with backrest. Proposals should include the cost of the shelter, installation parts, delivery charges, and any additional charges. Interested firms must fill and sign a quote form to be considered.
• The selected respondent must provide a current copy of their W-9 and Certificate of Insurance.
• Proposals are due no later than May 18, 2026, at noon.
• All proposals are subject to funding availability.
• The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities in any or all quotes, or to reject any or all bids quotes (in whole or in part) if it is in the public interest to do so.
