The project involves turning room 241 into multiple marketing and sales labs at the Wehner building, located in College Station, Texas. The project is expected to start on December 17, 2025, and finish on May 29, 2026. The RFP and construction documents are available electronically, and submissions are due on November 11, 2025, at 2:00 PM. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 17, 2025, at 1:30 PM.
