The State of Alabama is procuring a cloud‑based licensing portal with an integrated investigations module for a one‑year term. The solution must run on FedRAMP‑certified government cloud infrastructure, meet ADA AA accessibility standards, and support multifactor authentication, single sign‑on, and a fully browser‑based experience for back‑office staff, public users, and applicants. The platform will provide end‑to‑end licensing lifecycle management, including self‑service license creation/renewal, workflow customization, email/text notifications, integrated payment processing, PII compliance, and optional integrations with continuing‑education (CE) platforms.
