RFP for CSAH 11 Improvement Project

The Washington County Public Works Department is seeking a consultant to provide project coordination, preliminary engineering, stakeholder and public engagement, utility coordination, geotechnical analysis, and environmental documentation for the County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 11 Improvement Project. The project aims to improve the safety and functionality of the CSAH 11 corridor, which extends approximately 1.75 miles from Boom Road to CSAH 5. The consultant will be responsible for developing a public involvement plan, conducting a geotechnical evaluation, and performing a drainage design, among other tasks.
