Sources Sought Notice of Intent to Sole Source for a Tunable Laser Controller

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking information from sources that may be capable of providing a tunable laser controller. The controller must meet or exceed the minimum specifications, including having an interactive screen, being fully digital with 24-bit inputs, and supporting all functions of the Toptica Photonics CLT 1500 laser head. * The controller must have an interactive screen for selecting operational modes and setting parameters. * The controller must be fully digital with 24-bit inputs for the best control resolution. * The laser wavelength must be tunable using a coarse motion stage and a piezoelectric motion stage. * The controller must support and operate all functions of the current Toptica Photonics CLT 1500 laser head.
