Sewer Seperation Phase 3A, appendices added, addenda 5 issued

The City of Lowell is seeking bids for the construction of the Sewer Seperation Phase 3A project. The project includes the construction of new storm drain pipe, removal and replacement of water mains, installation of new catch basins, and rehabilitation of sewer manholes. The project requires compliance with the Department of Environmental Protection's Diesel Retrofit Program and the Build American, Buy America requirements.
