RFP Custodies and Securities Lending Services

The City of Los Angeles is seeking proposals from financially stable, federal or state-chartered financial institutions to provide high-quality, cost-effective Custodial Services for the City's securities and cash assets, as well as associated Securities Lending Services. The selected Proposer(s) will be required to provide custody services, securities lending services, and other related services. The contract term is for five years, with an option to extend for up to an additional five-year term. Proposers must meet certain minimum requirements, including being a state or national bank, savings association or federal association, federal or state credit union, or federally insured industrial loan company, and having at least five years of experience in providing investment custodial services or securities lending services for clients with assets in excess of $5 billion. • Key services to be provided: Custody Services, Securities Lending Services • Contract term: 5 years with an option to extend for up to 5 additional years • Minimum requirements: Financially stable, federal or state-chartered financial institutions, 5 years of experience in providing investment custodial services or securities lending services for clients with assets in excess of $5 billion • Evaluation criteria: Depth and breadth of custody services and/or securities lending services expertise and capacities, quality of technology solutions, financial capability and strength, value offered to the city
