Description
The State of Ohio is seeking a contractor to replace the boiler system at the CJAG UTES facility. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The project duration is not specified, but Bids are firm for 60 days. The contractor must comply with all terms and conditions of the RFQ, including the Standard Terms and Conditions of the State of Ohio.
• The contractor must provide a completed and signed Bidder Certification with their quote.
• The contractor must provide an itemized quote on company letterhead or business form in the questionnaire section.
• The contractor must comply with all requirements, specifications, terms, and conditions stated in the RFQ.
• The contractor must not insert a unit cost of more than three digits to the right of the decimal point.
• The contractor must provide samples or equipment as requested by ADJ.
