Towing Services for City Vehicles

The City of Edmond is seeking bids for towing services for its fleet of approximately 425 city-owned vehicles. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary equipment and labor to tow vehicles to the Fleet Maintenance Facility located at 2110 Old Timbers Dr., Edmond, OK. The response time to a downed vehicle shall be no more than one hour after notification. The contract will be for a period of one year with the option to renew annually for four years. • The fleet consists of approximately 425 vehicles • Response time to the downed vehicle shall be no more than one hour after notification • The successful bidder shall have the appropriate equipment to fulfill the provisions and time requirements of these specifications • The City of Edmond reserves the right to reject bids and waive informalities • The contract will be awarded to the bidder whose bid is considered to be in the best interest of the City
