RECAPPED TIRE SERVICES FOR FLEET

The City of Anaheim is seeking vendors to provide recapped tire services for their fleet. The contract will be for a one-year base period with up to four one-year optional renewals. The vendor will be required to provide recapped tires, pick up and deliver tires, and respond to tire/recap pick-up requests within three business days. The vendor must also provide a warranty for the recapped tires and handle all warranty-related issues. The City reserves the right to add, change, or delete items at its discretion. Some key points to consider are: * The vendor must meet all specifications and requirements contained in the solicitation. * No substitutions will be accepted without prior City written approval. * The vendor must provide a fixed price for each year, including delivery costs. * The City will add sales tax to each order. * The vendor must provide at least three references where similar work of similar size is currently in process or recently completed. * The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
