Qlik Subscription Renewal

The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange is seeking bids for the renewal of Qlik licenses for a 12-month period. The licenses will be used by the IT Reporting Team to analyze data, create reports, and disseminate them to stakeholders. The contract will include Enterprise Maintenance & Support, and the vendor must provide unlimited telephone support for error determination, verification, and resolution. The contract will commence on the date of full execution by the parties and will run for 12 months. The anticipated end date is March 14, 2027. • The contract will be a firm fixed price contract. • The contractor must be an authorized reseller of Qlik Sense and provide a letter of authorization from the manufacturer. • The contractor must submit a bid that includes all required documentation, including a transmittal letter, minimum qualifications documentation, and a bid price form. • The contractor must comply with all federal and state regulations, including those related to lobbying and discrimination. • The contractor must provide services upon receipt of a written notice to proceed. • The contract includes provisions for audit, confidentiality, document retention, patents, copyrights, and intellectual property, warranty, and indemnification obligations.
