NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE EVERVAC EQUIPMENT, LLC

The Collier County Procurement Services Division intends to designate Evervac Equipment, LLC as a single source for the provision of NozzTeq Inc equipment and accessories. The equipment includes Jaws, Lumberjack, BL SWIPER, NozzTeq Spinner, C-RAY, Global ICEBEAR, Multi-Global, Jaws100, and other related accessories. The single source justification is not provided. The county invites responses from interested parties who can provide documentation showing that there are other qualified sources for the identified services. * The equipment and accessories provided by Evervac Equipment, LLC are for the use of NozzTeq Inc equipment. * The single source designation is for a period of three years, from 09/04/2026 to 09/30/2029. * The Procurement Services Division will review all responses and make a decision on the single source designation. * The decision will not be subject to objection, protest, or appeal.
