Unity Point Park – Fountain Base and Fence Repairs

The City of Mobile is seeking quotes for the repair of the fountain base and fence at Unity Point Park. The scope of work includes removing and reinstalling precast concrete caps, replacing precast concrete façade panels, and installing a new variable speed drive. The project requires a mandatory pre-quote meeting and site visit. The city is looking for a contractor to complete the work within 60 calendar days from the date of the written Notice to Proceed. • Remove and reinstall 20-18”x36” precast concrete caps • Replace 4-2”x24” precast concrete façade panels • Remove and reattach 15-2”x24” precast concrete façade panels • Replace 1-8”x8”x12” precast concert fence post pedestal • Remove and reinstall 1 ornamental aluminum 6’ wide fence section • Provide and install 2 new 6’ wide ornamental aluminum fence sections • Provide and install a new Altivar 630 Variable Speed Drive
