GSU - Cleaning Services at Central Dining Hall

Georgia State University is seeking bids from vendors who will provide cleaning services at Central Dining Hall. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the service. The service includes interior walls, floors, and exterior ductwork in the serving area and dining room. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for November 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The university reserves the right to waive minor irregularities, reject any and all responses, and request clarifications or resubmissions from suppliers. • The contract will be based on the eRFQ, the successful supplier's final response, and the contract terms and conditions. • The supplier must comply with the State Entity's contract terms and conditions, which may be supplemented or revised before contract execution. • The supplier must provide all required documents, including a completed Sales and Use Tax compliance form. • The supplier must meet all delivery requirements, including performing the service during GSU's Winter Break or coordinating with the Dining Hall Contact.
