ACC002 Utilities and Infrastructure

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Alaska District, is seeking information for the Utilities and Infrastructure Fighter Town Recapitalization at Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson (JBER), Alaska. The project involves preconstruction services and construction for a 500+ acre site, including mass civil earthworks, comprehensive campus utilities, airfield and logistics infrastructure, and phased project execution. The estimated acquisition magnitude is between $400,000,000 and $600,000,000. The planned acquisition strategy is Construction Manager at Risk via Other Transaction Authority (OTA).
