Limestone Rock, Sand, and Recycled Concrete

The City of Henderson, Kentucky is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of limestone rock, sand, and recycled concrete for use in projects throughout the city. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder whose bid meets specifications. The contract is expected to be effective through March 31, 2027, with the option to extend for one or two additional years. • The City is seeking bids for various sizes of limestone rock, sand, and recycled concrete. • The material must meet Kentucky Department of Transportation specifications. • The City reserves the right to purchase from the next low bidder if material is not available from the low bidder within a reasonable time. • The contract may be extended for one or two additional years, if agreed upon by both the City and the successful bidder.
