Rehabilitation of Water Well Nos. 3 and 13

The San Jacinto River Authority is seeking competitive sealed proposals for the rehabilitation of Water Well Nos. 3 and 13, located in Montgomery County, Texas. The scope of services includes the rehabilitation and/or replacement of pumping equipment, along with associated work to the water well in-ground facility. The project requires the removal of existing motors, discharge heads, and permanent pump bowl column pipe assemblies, as well as the inspection and replacement of well screens, gravel packs, and other equipment. The project also includes the installation of new pump bowls, column assemblies, and discharge heads, as well as the performance of well, pump, and motor performance tests. The key tasks and deliverables for this project include: • Rehabilitation and/or replacement of pumping equipment for San Jacinto River Authority Woodlands Division Water Well Nos. 3 and 13 • Removal of existing motors, discharge heads, and permanent pump bowl column pipe assemblies • Inspection and replacement of well screens, gravel packs, and other equipment • Installation of new pump bowls, column assemblies, and discharge heads • Performance of well, pump, and motor performance tests • Well site restoration, including re-assembly of sound walls, removal of temporary sound attenuation, and restoration of site fences and grades.
