Internal Condition Assessment of the Cedar Creek Steel Pipeline at Cedar Creek Dam & CC3 Suction and Discharge Headers at Waxahachie Pump Station

The Tarrant Regional Water District is seeking proposals for the internal condition assessment of the Cedar Creek Steel Pipeline at Cedar Creek Dam and the CC3 Suction and Discharge Headers at Waxahachie Pump Station. The project involves performing a comprehensive non-destructive condition assessment of the pipelines, including internal wall thickness and leak detection for the steel pipe, and internal wall thickness and hoop strength for the pre-stressed concrete cylinder pipe. The selected vendor will be required to provide a detailed proposal, including their approach to the project, experience and qualifications, and cost proposal. The district is looking for a vendor with experience in similar projects and the ability to assess all pipes, although teaming is allowed if necessary.
