Description
The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) seeks a qualified vendor to provide a five‑year subscription to Altus Project Portfolio Management (PPM) – Portfolio Tier cloud‑based software, together with full implementation services, data migration from Microsoft Project Online, configuration, integration, training, change‑management, and ongoing support. The contractor must be an authorized Altus reseller, have at least three years of experience delivering cloud‑based software implementations and data migrations, and will be responsible for discovery, design, tenant set‑up, configuration, migration, integration (SSO, Power BI, Teams), user training, and post‑go‑live support. MDTA will supply access to existing Project Online environments and subject‑matter experts; the contractor will deliver the solution, manage the project schedule, and ensure system acceptance. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, five‑year term, with annual software subscription renewals and optional extensions. Bids are due September 4, 2026.
